Left of the Dial on WQAQ.com

Earlier this week I stumbled upon Muxtape, a new site that lets users upload 12 MP3s to create their own streamable mix that you can listen to right from your internet browser.  Once I saw the potential in making a Muxtape, I decided to start one for Left of the Dial.

So I’m pleased to announce the first edition of the Left of the Dial Muxtape!  I picked out twelve tracks from yesterday’s show to share with all of you, so even if you missed the show you can still hear some of the songs I played.

If you start your own Muxtape, let me know about it.  Until then, I’m going to keep thinking of ways I can use this for my own purpose.

This one’s a surprise to me.  I’m sitting outside a locked-up WQAQ on a almost deserted QU campus.  Evidently the station is closed for the Easter weekend.

I’m dissapointed because I had lots of new music to play this morning (not to mention I’ve had one music show this semester).

I apologize for the absence again.  Entertain yourselves this Saturday morning by reading my blog Goodnight to the Rock & Roll Era or by looking for music on The Hype Machine.
